Representing the classic mid 1960s era of English Electric’s finest is D9018 in two-tone green with small yellow panel. The Finsbury Park thoroughbred is still in mostly original condition, albeit with some exhaust and radiator grille modifications and the addition of top lamp irons on the nose ends.

Delightful Green Racehorse

Ballymoss in TTG is a sight to behold. Despite being a staunch BR Blue with white window surrounds Deltic fan, this model really looks the part. Being my favourite Deltic made it an easy purchase. These models really continue to be of the highest quality.

DELTIC D9018 "BALLYMOSS" Dcc sound.

Having been lucky enough to purchase several variants of the 1st run of Accurascales fantastic Deltic, the 2nd run was always a must. Congratulations must be given to the Accurascale team for listening to the feedback regarding the issues many of us suffered with the earlier Deltics. The result, for myself anyway, is a loco that has arrived safely, no loose parts in the box, the improvement in sound quality is 1st class with no distortion/vibration what so ever, and the "dreaded" bogie chains separately supplied for customer fit. I also purchased D9000 at the same time and she too, has arrived with no parts loose in the box, and sounding awesome.

Keep up the excellent work folks and 2025 will be another "award winning" year for Accurascale I'm sure. 👍

Very well detailed model. Very good running quality. Lights perfect for me. Motor sound for me a little bit too low volume, but ok.
The box is too big, sorry.
Over all, a very nice Engine, thanks!

Almost superb!

Great model let down only by loose coupling which dropped off on first bend! Looks to be broken and will not stay in place. Disappointing after a two plus year wait.

On opening my deltic amazed at the package it came in very sturdy beautiful presented. The loco itself was everything I hoped it would be the colours the looks and lines excellent. Most impressed when running in the sound the horns etc brought a smile to my face and when bringing down speed control everything pure natural eventually down to speed one!!! brilliant
Conclusion total satisfaction with a very impressive product.
