Class 31 Crew - Driver/Secondman - Early BR

Great model of diesel crew, but as of yet my class 31 has not been delivered, so cannot fit the crew, fingers crossed it will show up soon!

This is a perfect addition to add to your Class 31, fits perfect without any adjustment, either glue in place or use a little black tac. It’s 3D printed in colour so no need to paint, the colour looks a little frosted but not noticeable when in the cab. Crew figures come in a nice presentation box. I Purchased four sets for my Class 31’s and now just ordered some more Crew figures for my Class 37’s.

Nicely produced figures of the driver and a secondman, both in a natural poses.
They are neatly painted and ready to be added to one of the cab ends of a Class 30 or 31 diesel locomotive.

Superb additions for a superb loco

The models look quite lifelike and it is a shame that the driver arm is too weak to allow for any robustness in its handling by very senior persons. I was quite surprised how little force used in setting the figure in position removed the arm.
Although the model looks OK in position in my engine, I have decided not to purchase any further of this item for my other engines.

Although relatively expensive, these figures are superb. I know they will fit my green class 31, when it arrives. I feel that the colouring is a little brighter than my earlier Deltic crew, which is a good thing.

Having had the 3d printed crew for the Accurascale Deltic and 37, I knew what to expect, and these fit the cab perfectly with a bit of tacky wax. First rate.

After seeing the original photos of these 3d printed figures I wasn't sure they'd look as good as some of the other figures out there. I am glad I decided to take the chance as now that I've got them in person the level of detail that is replicated makes these figures actually resemble a human rather than a plastic looking model of a human. The material they are made from is nice and strong and they really look the part once installed in a loco. I will definitely be adding more drivers to my collection!

Received my class 31 crew today ( 15 Nov) . First impressions are very good if a little shiny . I enjoy painting model railway figures and will probably repaint the blue jackets in a Matt finish . I have a class 31 on preorder with Rails of Sheffield . ( BR Green, FYE with sound . ) Hoping this will arrive next month . Xmas present to me! Andy Bashford
